UUKK's Terms and Conditions — Know before you become a member

1 Introduction & Applicability

3 Deposit Policy

Deposits on UUKK must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum is subject to the daily limit in effect. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using another person's payment account may result in your account being suspended.

• UUKK does not charge any hidden fees on deposits.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings on UUKK is simple and fast. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be held if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• UUKK reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

8 Account Suspension and Closure

UUKK reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Where possible, the member will be notified before any such action is taken.

• Operating multiple accounts or committing identity fraud.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Self-exclusion requested by the member.
